Sim Stevenson is a self-taught musician. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and was surrounded by the sounds of various types of music. This influence allowed Sim to "fall in love" with all genres of music from Big Band to R&B.
After Sim began playing the piano (at age 19) he began to play for many area churches. His incredible skill led him to arranging music and vocals and ultimately producing tracks for many local singers and groups.
While living in New York, Sim toured with such artists as JOE and Tony, Toni, Tone as an assistant Musical Director. In addition, he has shared the stage with various gospel recording artists including: Donnie McClurkin, James Hall & Worship and Praise, Danny Eason, Yolanda Adams. Sim has worked with many multi-platinum producers and through the years has formed great ties in the music industry due to his commitment to excellence and his attitude of humility.
Sim currently resides in Atlanta and has served as the Minister of Music at various churches in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
Sim is currently producing and arranging music for the a cappella sensation (the creators of "Vocal-Play") Naturally 7. In this capacity he was blessed to appear as a producer and arranger on the title cut of Quincy Jones' latest project "Soul Bossa Nostra" (featuring Ludacris, Rudy Currance, and Naturally 7).
Sim Stevenson is a grammy award winning, multi-platinum selling, producer due to his contributions (producer and arranger) on Michael Buble's "Crazy Love".
Sim Stevenson is well sought after for his talents and creativity. He hopes to take the music industry by storm and it seems that very shortly, he will do just that! His goal is to produce scores for television and film. We believe that his recent contributions in that field will quickly allow those dreams to come true!
